Any previous store links, including old SellAuth subdomains, should no longer be considered our main official store link unless stated otherwise by us.


2. SellAuth Platform and Checkout

Lunae uses SellAuth as its ecommerce, checkout, invoice, order management, digital delivery, support, and storefront platform.

When you purchase from Lunae, your checkout, invoice, delivery, payment status, order details, tickets, feedback, and other order-related records may be handled through SellAuth.

You are responsible for providing accurate checkout information, including a valid email address and any required custom fields. If you provide incorrect or incomplete information, delivery, support, replacements, or refunds may be delayed or denied.


3. Digital Products

Lunae sells digital products, which may include, but are not limited to:

  • Activation links
  • Redeemable codes
  • Digital keys

All products are delivered digitally. No physical item will be shipped.

In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to payment review, stock verification, technical issues, dynamic delivery errors, security checks, fraud prevention, payment processor delays, or other reasons outside our direct control.

If your payment was completed and you did not receive your product, please contact us with your order details.


6. Account Responsibility

Some products must be activated or redeemed on your own account, such as your Google, Microsoft, Minecraft, or other supported account.

You are responsible for:

  • Choosing the correct account before activation or redemption
  • Keeping access to your account, email, and password
  • Making sure your account is eligible for the product
  • Following all activation or redemption instructions correctly
  • Avoiding actions that may cause your account to be locked, limited, blocked, banned, or suspended

Lunae is not responsible if you lose access to your account, activate or redeem a product on the wrong account, or if your account is restricted due to your own actions, third-party platform rules, or policy violations.


7. No Login Details Required

We will never ask for your account password, email login, Google login, Microsoft login, Minecraft login, or any other private login credentials.

Products are intended to be activated or redeemed by you on your own account.

Do not share your private login details with anyone.


8. Third-Party Platforms

Some products sold by Lunae may be related to third-party platforms, services, or brands, including but not limited to Google, Microsoft, Minecraft, Mojang, or other companies.

Lunae is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with these third-party companies unless explicitly stated.

All trademarks, product names, brand names, logos, and services belong to their respective owners.

Third-party platforms may change their systems, rules, redemption methods, eligibility requirements, availability, or account policies at any time. Lunae is not responsible for changes made by third-party platforms.


9. Replacement Requirements

For some products, a replacement may be possible only if valid proof is provided.

Unless a product page states otherwise, valid proof usually means an unedited screen recording from the very beginning of the activation or redemption process.

The recording must clearly show the full process and the exact issue, such as the product being expired, invalid, already redeemed before receipt, or unable to be activated or redeemed.

Edited, cropped, incomplete, paused, interrupted, unclear, or misleading recordings may be rejected.

Product-specific replacement requirements shown on the product page always apply.

If a valid issue is confirmed, Lunae may provide a replacement, re-delivery, replacement delivered item, store credit, refund, or another solution depending on the product, stock, order status, and applicable law.


10. Warranty Limitations

Warranty is not available in cases where:

  • You lose access to your account, email, or password
  • You activate or redeem the product on the wrong account
  • You fail to follow the provided instructions
  • You do not provide the required proof for a replacement
  • Your proof is edited, incomplete, unclear, or misleading
  • Your account is locked, limited, blocked, banned, or suspended due to policy violations
  • The issue is caused by your device, browser, internet connection, region settings, account settings, or other user-side conditions
  • The product was successfully delivered, activated, redeemed, copied, or used
  • A third-party platform changes, disables, blocks, removes, or shuts down a method after purchase, unless the product page specifically states otherwise

This section applies except where applicable requirements state otherwise.


11. Security, Fraud Prevention, and Order Review

Lunae and/or SellAuth may review orders for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, payment verification, stock verification, or technical reasons.

We reserve the right to delay, cancel, refuse, or manually review an order if we believe there is a risk of fraud, abuse, chargeback fraud, false claims, payment issues, suspicious activity, incorrect checkout information, or violation of these terms.

If an order is cancelled before delivery, the available solution will depend on the payment status, order status, payment processor, and applicable law.


12. Prohibited Behavior

You agree not to:

  • Abuse the refund, replacement, or support system
  • Make false claims
  • Submit edited, fake, or misleading proof
  • Attempt chargeback fraud
  • Use our store for illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activity
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse support staff
  • Misrepresent Lunae as an official partner of any third-party platform
  • Attempt to exploit technical errors, pricing errors, stock errors, delivery errors, coupon errors, or checkout errors
  • Attempt to bypass product restrictions, security checks, or payment restrictions

We reserve the right to deny support, replacements, future purchases, or access to our store if we believe these terms have been violated.

Opening a false dispute, chargeback, or claim after receiving a valid product may result in your access to future purchases, replacements, or support being restricted.
